Electronic registration of the vessel's departure is started in the port of Odessa

In accordance with the Order of the State Enterprise "Administration of the Seaports of Ukraine" dated January 22, 2021 No. 13/10, from 02.02.2021 the Technological Scheme for handling the departure of ships of foreign navigation from the seaport of Odessa comes into force. In this regard, the ISPC mode has become available "Ship exit" mode, which operates in test operation mode in full compliance with the approved Technological scheme.

The goal of this process is to simplify the procedure for submitting documents for registration of ships leaving the ports of Ukraine. The technological scheme was developed by the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" taking into account the requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

It is planned to involve all regulatory authorities working in the port in the process of registering ships in electronic form.

To ensure a seamless implementation process, work on the support of electronic documents began with the integration of the dispatching service of the port of Odessa.
From 03.02.2021 marine agents and regulatory authorities will be able to join the testing process.

The mode of parallel operation of electronic registration of ships leaving the port of Odessa will allow all involved participants to join the process smoothly and without any risks.
